Many sports organizations struggle with implementing a safe sport approach when they are not signatories to the Office of the Sport Integrity Commissioner (OSIC). Are you having challenges with your program but are not clear on the source of the extent of the challenge? I work with you to design a custom intake process to understand the challenges and make recommendations on positive outcomes.
This may include interviewing athletes, coaches or administrators to explore themes and issues. My approach will always highlight strengths to maintain and challenges to address.

Creating a safe and supportive environment in sports is crucial for all participants. My Safe Sport Education services empower coaches, administrators, and athletes with the knowledge and tools to prevent misconduct and promote a positive sporting culture.
I offer comprehensive education sessions aligned with the Universal Code of Conduct to Prevent and Address Misconduct in Sport (UCCMS). These sessions provide practical prevention strategies, using real-world examples and case studies to stimulate conversation and debate. Through interactive discussions and activities, participants gain a deeper understanding of safe sport principles and learn to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment. My goal is to equip you with insights and strategies that drive meaningful change, and support great coaches when managing changing expectations.
